This website is available by Grand River Employment & Training Inc dba Kayanase. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us,” and “our” refer to Kayanase. Kayanase offers this website (www.kayanase.ca) including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Ecological Restoration Projects
Each client receives Terms of Service on a per project basis via a Client Services Agreement.

Tours
Each client receives Terms of Service on a per event basis via a Client Booking Agreement.

Greenhouse
Prices
This price list voids any previous price list issued. Prices shown reflect current market conditions at the time of publication. All prices listed are F.O.B Kayanase, Ohsweken Ontario and are subject to changes without notice.

Payment Terms

Our payment terms are cash, certified cheque, Visa, MasterCard, EFT or Debit Card. Credit established with us, accounts are payable net 30 days from date of invoice. Overdue accounts are subject to a 2% per month (24% per annum) service change, plus collection charges if applicable. All plants remain the property of Kayanase until paid in full.

H.S.T
H.S.T is applicable on all sales.

Orders
Orders booked are conditional and subject to availability in whole or in part in the event of crop losses, or lack of stock due to other causes over which we have no control.

Delivery
Currently unavailable.

Guarantee
If any stock should prove to be untrue to name, we will replace it with other stock, or return amount paid, but in no case held responsible for any amount greater than that originally received for such stock. Kayanase does not guarantee any plant stock to survive transplanting since the most important conditions for survival are planting and ongoing maintenance, which are beyond our control.

Claims
In case of shortages, damages, errors, rejections, or other discrepancies, please submit a claim in writing within 24 HOURS of receipt of stock to receive consideration.

Returns/Exchanges
In consideration of a claim above, returns will have a copy of original purchase slip/invoice. All plant material must be in condition as received or no credit, exchange or replacement is applicable.
